JupiterSpec provides data, analytics, model outputs, and workflow tools. It does not submit orders for users, hold customer funds, custody securities, guarantee outcomes, or replace a user's independent review with their broker or licensed financial professional.
Content on JupiterSpec is for informational and educational use. Signals, rankings, alerts, ratings, news outlooks, option Greeks, target windows, and stop-loss references are model outputs and are not personalized investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
Any "Review at Broker" or similar button is a user-directed handoff for review only. JupiterSpec does not automatically place trades, transmit executable orders, or determine final order terms. Users must confirm all orders directly with their broker.
JupiterSpec is not currently designed to receive per-trade commissions, transaction-based compensation, order routing revenue, or payment for order flow. Any future broker referral or compensation arrangement must be reviewed by qualified securities counsel before launch.
JupiterSpec uses third-party and public data sources that can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or wrong. Ratings may rely on fallbacks when direct market, option-chain, or news-provider data is unavailable.
Some issuers may be flagged for enhanced values review when they have defense, weapons, intelligence, military-contracting, sanctions, or credible human-rights controversy exposure. A flag is not a legal finding and does not by itself establish a violation of international humanitarian law. It means the user should review current filings, revenue exposure, sanctions screens, and credible independent reporting before deciding whether the trade fits their values and risk policy.
Users are responsible for verifying data, understanding trade risks, considering suitability, reviewing transaction costs, and deciding whether any action fits their financial situation.
